Cell Phone Policy
Updated Mobile Device policy - “Bell to Bell, no cell”
This year, we are asking students to leave all mobile devices at home or in their lockers for the entire school day (8:15-2:35) and including all nutrition breaks as well). There may be some specific accommodations made for students with medical needs (as directed by their physician and school Plan of Care). If you need to get in touch with your child during the school day, please contact the main office.

As issues are best addressed at the level closest to the issue, your child’s school is the first point of contact in any situation.
Centennial will follow the Violent Threat Risk Assessment protocol (VTRA). This policy outlines how the school will respond immediately to threatening incidents.
Centennial will follow the HDSB Code of Conduct to ensure safe, caring, and inclusive schools.
Centennial falls within HDSB's Zone 3 for Inclement Weather procedures.
School council is a group of Centennial guardians who meet monthly to discuss school initiatives.
